PRODUCT INFORMATION


Active substance: diclofenac sodium. 1 g of gel contains 50 mg of diclofenac sodium.

The other ingredients are: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isopropyl alcohol, ester of polyol and fatty acid, aromatic substance, purified water.
Diklak is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic product.

BEFORE YOU USE DICLAC: Do not take Diclac: if you are allergic to diclofenac, acetylsalicylic acid, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Take special care with Diklak: When using Diklak 5% gel in patients suffering from asthma, hay fever, nasal polyps, chronic lung disease or chronic respiratory infections and patients with hypersensitivity to analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs of any type, there is a higher risk of asthma attacks / so-called. intolerance to analgesics (analgesic asthma), local swelling of the skin and mucous membranes or urticaria than in other patients. In these patients, Dikak gel should only be used under certain precautions and under direct medical supervision. The same applies to patients who develop allergic reactions to other agents who experience skin reactions, itching or urticaria.
Diklak 5% gel should only be applied to areas of skin intact, and should not be applied to injured skin or open wounds. Care should be taken not to allow the gel to come into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes.

Use of other medicines:
To date, no drug interactions have been reported with Diclaque.

Children and adult patients:
Diclaque gel should not be used in children under 6 years of age, as there are no data on the external use of diclofenac in this age group.

Pregnancy and lactation:
 During the last three months of pregnancy and during breastfeeding Diklak gel should not be applied to large areas of skin and for a longer period of time.

Driving and using machines:
To date, no effects on the ability to drive and use machines are known.

Important information about some of the ingredients of Diklak:

Diklak gel contains alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) and therefore should not come into contact with open wounds, mucous membranes or eyes.

HOW TO USE DIKLAK:
Dosage is recommended if your doctor has not prescribed Diclaque gel in another dosing regimen.
Diklak gel is applied in a thin layer on the relevant areas of the skin 2-3 times a day.
Rub into skin. Do not take orally.
Diclaque gel is suitable for use in iontophoresis. This form of electrotherapy enhances penetration through the skin. Diclaque gel should be applied at the negative pole / cathode /.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
